We collect only the contact and project details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property city and type, and the description of the work you are considering. Website analytics may additionally record anonymized visit statistics such as pages viewed and device type, which are not linked to your name.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal identifiers. Please do not send financial account details by email or text.

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct your estimate, prepare scopes and proposals, coordinate your project, and send project-related communications such as appointment confirmations and review requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Limited sharing occurs only where the work requires it: for example, contact details shared with a trade partner performing part of your project, a permit office or condo board processing your application, or a scheduling and messaging provider that handles our communications. Each receives only what the task needs.

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send conversational messages about your inquiry, estimate scheduling, project coordination, and review requests. Message frequency varies with your project — typically a few messages around appointments and milestones. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Access to inquiry and project records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained for permits, warranties, taxes, or legal obligations — in which case we will explain what is kept and why.
