Kitchen design and construction in Miami-Dade & Broward

Kitchen Remodeling in Miami-Dade & Broward

A kitchen should fit the room, the way you cook and the way the home moves. Serving Miami-Dade and Broward, we take the project from measured layout through cabinet sourcing and installation, with the surrounding renovation scope coordinated around the approved plan.

Cabinet sourcing

Drawn, quoted, installed

Cabinet shopping becomes confusing when every proposal represents a different layout, option set or installation assumption. Our three-step workflow creates a clearer comparison and keeps responsibility connected from the first measurement to final adjustment.

  1. 01

    We draw

We measure the room, study circulation, locate utilities and turn your priorities into a cabinet plan that can be priced and built.

  2. 02

    We quote

We compare the same layout across suitable cabinet lines so differences in construction, finish, lead time and included components stay visible.

  3. 03

    We install

After selections are approved, we coordinate ordering, delivery, cabinet setting, panels, hardware and the surrounding remodel scope.

Material decisions

Cabinets, counters, and appliance planning

We specify materials by the performance and appearance the project needs. We do not force an unverified badge, preselected package or unsupported price into the conversation. Availability and current quotes are confirmed for the actual project before an order is approved.

Cabinetry

Construction before color

We compare box construction, door material, finish, hinge and drawer operation, interior storage, panels and trim. Stock, semi-custom and made-to-order approaches each have a place; the right tier depends on dimensions, design detail and flexibility required.

Counters

Surface, edge and seam

Quartz, natural stone and porcelain surfaces differ in pattern, care, fabrication and edge options. We plan slab use, seam placement, overhangs, sink mounting and backsplash transitions after field dimensions can be verified.

Appliances

Specifications drive openings

Refrigeration, cooking, ventilation, dishwashing and specialty appliances are coordinated by exact specification. Clearances, power, plumbing and panel requirements belong in the plan before cabinets are released—not after delivery.

Condo planning

A small condo kitchen can work harder

In a compact kitchen, every filler, door swing and aisle matters. We start by protecting safe circulation and workable appliance clearances. Then we look for storage that earns its footprint: full-height pantry cabinets where the room supports them, drawers for accessible lower storage, thoughtful corner solutions and upper-cabinet heights that remain usable.

Visual calm also matters. A disciplined material palette, deliberate lighting and aligned cabinet lines can make the room feel more coherent without pretending its dimensions are different. We avoid adding features merely because they fit on a wish list; an island, for example, is not an improvement if it compromises the aisle around it.

Condo work adds another layer: management review, protection requirements, elevator reservations, delivery windows and building work rules. Those constraints are identified early because they can affect order timing, demolition sequencing and how material enters the home.

An honest fork

Refacing vs. replacement

A new door is not a new cabinet. Sometimes that distinction saves material and disruption; sometimes it hides the reason the kitchen no longer works.

When refacing is the honest choice

Refacing can make sense when boxes are sound, square and dry; the existing layout functions; storage is adequate; and the goal is a finish change rather than a structural redesign. Hinges, drawer hardware, exposed ends and interior condition still need review.

When replacement is the sounder choice

Replacement is usually more defensible when boxes are swollen or failing, the layout wastes space, appliance locations must move, cabinet heights need revision or new storage goals cannot be met inside the old shells. We explain the reason rather than assuming new is always necessary.

Scope and proposal

What makes a kitchen quote useful

A useful quote is tied to a defined plan. It should distinguish cabinets and accessories, demolition, site preparation, trades, finish work, allowances and owner-supplied items. It should also state what remains unresolved. That gives you a basis for decisions without turning an early estimate into a promise that ignores selections or site conditions.

We develop scope through estimate, measurement and design discussion. Where walls, utilities or concealed conditions may change the work, we call out that dependency. Where building review affects start timing, we account for the approval path. The objective is not a dramatic headline number; it is a proposal you can understand before authorizing work.

Cost changes with layout complexity, cabinet construction, surface selection, appliance requirements and the amount of trade work involved. For that reason, we quote the actual design rather than publishing a generic package price. A mobile estimate is the practical first step toward a project-specific scope.
