Homes and condos only

Residential Interior Design in Miami-Dade & Broward

Design that ends at installation, not at a mood board. Serving homes and condos across Miami-Dade and Broward, we develop residential design proposals — layouts, materials, furniture, and equipment — and then procure and install what was approved, so the finished rooms match the drawings you signed.

Residential scope

From proposal through installation

A design proposal documents the whole intention: room layouts drawn to measure, material and finish selections with real samples, furniture and equipment schedules with dimensions and lead times, lighting and outlet placement, and millwork details where built-ins are involved. You approve that document knowing what each line costs and when it arrives.

Then we execute it. Furniture and equipment are ordered against the schedule, millwork is built to the drawings, and installation is sequenced so deliveries, assembly, and finish work do not collide in your living room. The same person who drew the plan coordinates the installers — the design survives contact with reality because nobody hands it off.

Condo projects get the same building discipline as our remodels: elevator reservations, delivery windows, protection rules, and approved work hours folded into the installation plan from the start.

Millwork proof

Library, bar, and closet millwork

Built-ins are where our cabinet background shows. Past residential scopes include a home library and bar with fitted shelving, storage, and serving details drawn for the rooms involved — plus closet systems planned around actual wardrobes rather than catalog modules. A condo cabinet-procurement letter of reference documenting this kind of work is available to serious inquiries on request.

Custom closets, libraries, and bars are drawn, quoted, and installed the same way our kitchens are: measured plan first, honest supplier comparison second, turnkey installation third.

A clear boundary

What we don't do

We do not take on hospitality or commercial projects — no hotels, restaurants, offices, or retail build-outs. Our proof, our process, and our scheduling are built for people's homes, and we would rather decline that work plainly than learn it on your project.

If your project is a residence — a condo, a house, a room that needs to work harder — that is exactly what this page is for. Start with a free estimate.
